Welcome to the Town of Aurora 

The Town of Aurora is a scenic community located on the rolling hills of the Oak Ridges Moraine in the “heart of York Region”.   A mosaic of contemporary living in charming heritage surroundings, Aurora attracts those looking for the ideal combination of small town friendliness with urban amenities. In addition to the many events hosted by the Town, this sesquicentennial year will include four events promoting Aurora’s Past, Present and Future.
