About the Town of Aurora's Human Resources Department

Human Resources is responsible for managing the Corporate Human Resources function including recruitment, salary negotiation and employee orientation; managing the Corporate Health & Safety function; administration of the municipality's compensation program including job evaluation; administration of the Corporation's benefits portfolio and negotiation/administration of collective agreements.

Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will be used to determine eligibility for potential employment. Questions about this collection of personal information may be directed to Human Resources.
