Payments for parking tags, animal licenses, water and sewer bills and property taxes may all be made in person at the Payments Office on the ground floor of Aurora Town Hall.
Methods of payment:
Cash, cheque and debit cards are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.
Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on statutory holidays).
After hours drop box:
An after-hours drop box is provided for your convenience, however please use an envelope and do not drop off cash.

Parking tags may be paid online through the PayTickets website . Parking tags must be paid by their payment date, which is strictly enforced. Please read your ticket payment instructions carefully.
Water and tax payments can be made online through your financial institution's electronic banking facility. Similarly with the payment stub, you may pay these at your local branch or through your bank's Automatic Teller Machine (ATM). In-branch or ATM payments take longer to reach the Town than online payments. If it is close to month-end, we recommend using online banking, or drop your payment off at Aurora Town Hall.
For tax and water accounts, the Town of Aurora is pleased to offer several pre-authorized payment options, making payment convenient and automatic, with available annual automatic renewals.
Payments, either by cheque, online banking or through pre-authorized payments which are dishonoured by your bank will be reversed by the Town, with an additional NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds or Dishonoured Payment) Processing Fee applied, which is currently $37.00. This fee will be in addition to any fee charged to you by your financial institution, and reflects the Town's costs (including bank charges assessed on us) of processing your payment for a reversal and a resubmitted payment.
