ServiceOntario provides a "Newborn Registration Service" via their website www.serviceontario.ca .

The Newborn Registration Service is a 4-in-1 online service which allows parents to register a baby (under the age of one year), apply for a birth certificate, for a Social Insurance Number, and for Canada Child Benefits in one convenient visit.
